set up

• Take the mini safe from the box, open it, put some sweets/surprise inside and close it.
• Put the code strip (with 8 symbols) next to the safe.
• Take 8 packages with puzzles out of the box and hide them in the apartment/game space.
• Put the emergency box and instructions aside. You probably won’t need them.

game

• Show the safe and the code strip to the kids.
• Ask them to look for 8 packages that are packed in the same fabric, which they can see on the code strip.
• Each package is marked with one of the symbols from the code strip. Solving the puzzle will give one digit for the code.
• The game starts! It will take somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes.
• Smaller kids (preschoolers and first graders) will probably need some help from you.
• Make sure the children are careful with the puzzles. Explain that the box will be used by many kids to play.

booking

• Reserve the chosen box on the website.
• I will send you a contract to sign.
• After you signed the contract I will send you an invoice. You can pay with twint, paypal or a bank transfer.
• After I receive your payment the box is booked.
• In case you want to pick up and/or drop off the box in person, make sure that the default times (9:00 for pick up, 17:00 for drop-off) are ok for you or contact me to change them before signing the contract.

pickup

• Pick up the box at the agreed time.

drop-off

• Return the box at the agreed time on the last day of rental.
• In a box you’ll find a photo instruction on how to pack everything back so it fits into the box.

delivery

• You can order the box to be delivered by post and return it the same way. I only use the Swiss-Express “Innight” service by the Swiss Post, to make sure both you and the next customer get the box on time.
• The package will come to you before 9:00 AM on the starting day of your rental.
• The box needs to be brought back to your local post office on the last day of rental period at any time. The return label is to be found inside the box.
• It’s also possible to pick-up the box in person and send it back via post or have the box delivered and return it in person.
• Delivery cost is 36.50 CHF (29 CHF + 7.50 CHF for fragile value-added service). In case you order both delivery and return by Swiss Post, it’s 73 CHF.

cancellation

• If you cancel the rent up to 14 days before the rental, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel between 14 to 7 days before the rental date, you get back your deposit + 50% of the rental price.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the rental date only deposit will be returned.
